The agreement between you and WonderSpark.
Last updated: January 2024
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WonderSpark. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any child profiles you create.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child using the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Free Trial & Subscriptions
New accounts include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual) begins and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel anytime from your Parent Dashboard; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation during the free trial prevents any charge. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
4. Acceptable Use
To keep WonderSpark safe for families, you agree not to:
- •Share your account with others outside your household.
- •Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- •Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All games, characters, artwork, and learning content are owned by WonderSpark or its licensors and are provided for your family’s personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the service.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
WonderSpark is an educational supplement, not a substitute for professional instruction. The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderSpark is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
